This is the first step in qualification. I use it to review whether the challenge looks like a good fit, and whether you seem physically ready to train right now.
What happens next: If it looks like a fit, I’ll reach out personally to either do the call right away or set a time. If it’s not the right fit for coaching, I’ll point you toward the DIY version so you still have a clear next step.
Good fit tends to look like: you climb consistently, small holds are the thing shutting you down, you have hangboard access, and you are ready for a clear 6-week block with coaching support.
