Questions before you apply

Do I need a hangboard?

Yes. The challenge uses a hangboard for all sessions, so you’ll need access to one.

Do I need hangboard experience?

No. The challenge places you at the right level and guides you through the structure.

How long are the workouts?

Each session takes under 30 minutes from warm-up to final stretch.

What if I miss a workout?

Missing one occasionally is not a problem. The goal is consistent effort across the six weeks.

What if I already have pain?

If you have active pain, it usually makes sense to address that first. The application is designed to flag sharp pain or injury for review.

What is the difference between the Coached Version and DIY?

DIY gives you access to the structure. The Coached Version gives you the same structure under supervision, with calls, adjustments, check-ins, and the action-based guarantee.

How does the guarantee work?

The guarantee rewards follow-through. If you follow the plan and meet the required participation steps, you are eligible. It is not a performance guarantee.

What happens after I apply?

I review the application personally. If it looks like a fit, I reach out quickly to either do the call or set the time.
